Learning Outcomes
The Programme is designed to:
- Form managers capable to understand the links between organisational efficiency and technology, with a clear emphasis on their ability to select the best tools for a specific task in a specific organisation.
- Equip students with the knowledge of what is available in the market, and sufficient expertise to predict future tech trends.
- Recognise and critically apply concepts and techniques related to cutting-edge, emerging and other innovative technologies, while showcasing an understanding of the related applications in an organisational context, including issues related to human and group interactions.
- Appraise different technologies, their impact on society, organisations and individuals, while evaluating innovation and value creation in a positive environment.
- Support students’ personal and professional journey through experiential activities to put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout the programme, in an international setting, where topics and skills such as agility, flexibility, digital skills and adaptability are introduced in a real context, using real-life scenarios to disseminate knowledge in an intercultural and interdisciplinary approach.
- Provide industry with graduates able to understand the modern challenges in developing solutions to address big data and technologies issues.
- Communicate the results and conclusion on Big Data and other technical tools clearly to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
