Tuition Fees

Scholarships and Bursaries

Every student is charged a fee for each academic year they study at XCL. This tuition fee covers all elements of your registration, enrolment, tuition, supervision and examination for each full or part academic year which you are enrolled for. It does not cover living costs, **books or materials.

The payment can be made directly by secure bank transfer. We do not recommend the use of third-party services.

When you accept your place at XCL you are accepting responsibility for making sure these fees are paid, whether that is by you, by the FlexiPay loan or through sponsorship.

To secure your initial place, you are required to provide a deposit.

** Please note, that whilst courses have recommended reading, students are not expected to purchase books to undertake studies. Where literature is recommended, we encourage these to be obtained from libraries and online sources. When undertaking coursework, the relevant resources, sources and papers will be provided

At XCL, we believe in our students. We have devised a package of scholarships and bursaries, which can be found here.

In case of means-tested opportunities, you will need to contact our Admissions team to request a list of required documentation.

You might want to think about securing a loan to pay your tuition fees and additional expenses you might incur while studying with us. We would recommend that you speak with your bank and browse for more options before committing to taking out a loan.

How much money you can borrow and in which terms depend on your personal circumstances, so it is important that you seek professional advice before committing to it. Also, bear in mind that you will be personally responsible for making your payments on time, for the whole duration of the contractual terms of any loan agreement you take out.

Depending on your circumstances, you might want to consider the FlexiPay Plan described below.
