Deciding to study at university, is a big step. At XCL, we understand that you might stress over a number of factors, including financials. This is why we are here to help, and we aim to provide you with a clear understanding of the costs you could possibly incur during your studies.

Different fees will be applied according to the chosen mode of study.
Face-to-Face: This is the traditional way of studying, in our London or Rome* Campus. Subject to visa status.
Distance Learning: Students will be able to study for their degree in the comfort of their homes, live on our platform.
Hybrid: students will study part of the programme online, and then come to our UK Campus for 6 months.

Deposit
Are you required to pay a deposit?
International students are required to pay a deposit of £2,000 to secure a place.
Payment Options
There are several ways you can pay for your fees, please contact us to discuss.
Students can pay their fees in full before the beginning of the first semester of study.
Should you wish to pay in instalments, we accept payment in 2 instalments, 50% before the second week of the first semester, and 50% on the first day of the second semester.
Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
Please be aware that you are required to submit a complete Refund Form to admissions.support@xcl.ac.uk and copy in administration@xcl.ac.uk, clearly stating your name, course, proof of payment and additional relevant information.
Once a refund has been agreed, processing times vary between 2 to 6 weeks, or up to 10 weeks in exceptional circumstances.
Please be aware that we can only refund in the same payment method you have used to pay us.

Student visitors are allowed to come to the UK for six months (or 11 months if they are enrolled in an English language course).
